Issue a Refund

Refunding a transaction is quick and easy. To issue a refund, follow these steps:


  1. Click Manage Money.
  2. Click the magnifying glass icon and type in the name of the customer, or the last 4 digits of the card number.
  3. Press Return to run your search and select the relevant transaction from the search results.
  4. In the side panel on the right, click the ellipsis button (three dots) in the top right corner to view available actions, including Refund.
  5. Click Refund and confirm your selection.
