Account Types

Our platform is designed for two types of businesses: Providers and Merchants.

Providers

Providers are companies that offer merchant services to individual merchants or integrate payments into their own products, such as technology platforms, online marketplaces, and ISOs. They can choose to utilize our white-label platform, including the user interface, or leverage our Developer API to build their own solutions on top of our infrastructure. Providers benefit from the ability to white-label the experience for their merchants, including a custom URL and provider branding on merchant-facing emails and within the platform.

Merchants

Merchants are individual businesses or nonprofits that receive payment processing services and access to our platform through a Provider. They may also white-label certain aspects of the platform, such as customer-facing email alerts, including transaction receipts and refund notifications.
