Resend a Receipt

Receipts are sent automatically and immediately after each transaction. If you need to resend a receipt, you can do so manually with just a few clicks:


  1. Click Manage Money.
  2. Click the magnifying glass icon and type in the name of the customer.
  3. Press Return to run your search and select the relevant transaction from the search results.
  4. In the side panel on the right, click the three dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner to view available actions, including Resend receipt.
  5. Click Resend receipt and confirm your selection.
