Manage Merchant Fees

As a Provider, you have a high degree of control over the merchant fees your business charges per transaction. This flexibility ensures that you can tailor your business strategy, including pricing, and incentivize or reward merchants based on their processing volume.


Global Merchant Fees

To set fees at a global level, follow these steps:


  1. Click the cog icon in the lower left corner of your screen to open Settings.
  2. Under Settings, navigate to Business Details and click on Configuration.
  3. You will see three options: Credit Card Fee, Amex Credit Card Fee, and Debit Card Fee.
  4. For each card type, set your merchant fee in basis points (BPS). For example, 20 BPS is equivalent to 0.2%. The Fee per Transaction on the right will update in real-time to show you the total transaction fee.


Per Merchant Fees

To set fees for individual merchants, follow these steps:


  1. Click the Merchants tab in the main menu on the left.
  2. Select and click on the merchant you wish to view; this will open a side panel on the right.
  3. Scroll down to the Merchant Fees section and click the pencil icon to edit fees.
  4. You can set merchant-specific fees in the same three categories: Credit Cards, Amex Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. Fees are set in basis points (BPS).
