Recurring Payments
You can configure each payment form to accept one-time or recurring payments. While this is typically done when creating a payment form, you can make changes at any time with just a few clicks.
To update payment form settings:
- Click the relevant Payment Form category in the main naviation on the left.
- Browse your payment forms or click the magnifying glass icon to search for a specific one by name.
- Click your desired payment form to open the side panel on the right, then click Edit.
- You can enable or disable recurrence:
- For Products this is enabled under the Items tab under each Product's details by selecting the relevant options from the One Time or Recurring drop down menu
- For Memberships this is enabled under the Memberships tab under each Membership type by selecting the relevant option from the Recurring drop down menu
- For Fundraisers this is enabled under the Donation tab by selecting "Enable Recurring Donations" and checking the relevant options
