Control Mode

Control Mode allows an authorized Provider user to log in as if they were the merchant. This feature is designed to assist with troubleshooting and guiding merchants through any issues efficiently.

To access Control Mode:

1. Click Merchants in the main menu.
2. Scroll or search for the desired merchant.
3. Click the merchant record to open the side panel on the right.
4. At the top of the side panel, click the ellipsis button (three dots) and select Control Mode to enable the functionality.

To exit Control Mode, click Exit at the top of your screen.

Note: Control Mode is not enabled for all Provider accounts. Please contact Support if you don't have access but need it.
