Roles & Permissions

Collaboration is an imporant part of our platform and will help you and your team get the most out of it for your business. Just like members of your team will have different roles and responsibilities at work, you can set different Roles and Permissions for each of them on the platform based on the tasks they need to perform to do their jobs.


To set roles & permissions:

  1. Click the cog icon in the lower left corner of your screen to access Settings.
  2. Under Settings, navigate to Team
  3. Click on the Role designation of your desired Team Member. This opens a side panel on the right of your screen.
  4. In the side panel, select a pre-configured Role from the drop down menu and/or click Add Permissions to grant or deny access to specific functionality.
