Verify Identity

When bringing new enterprises and merchants on board, we carry out 'Know Your Customer' checks. These checks are all about identifying and verifying the individuals who own and operate a business, also referred to as Primary Account Holder. We conduct these checks to stay compliant with regulations, lower the risks of fraud, and deter any illicit activities.

Identify verification is easy and quick. This is done by uploading a copy (.jpeg, .png or .heic) of a government issued ID (passport or driver's license) along with a selfie photograph which is captured during the sign up process using your computer's camera or the front facing camera of your smart phone. Our automated underwrting system, supported by our team of experienced underwriters, will review the uploaded document and image to verify your indentity.
